Alla grew up in Odesa and came to Los Angeles by way of construction. Before she sold a single home she was building them, and that is still how she walks through a house. She reads the bones. Where a listing photo shows a finish, she notices what sits behind it, what it will take to change, and what it will be worth to the person who lives there.
She works across Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Encino, and the wider San Fernando Valley. Her clients tend to be people who care about how a house is made, not only how it photographs.
