Who is responsible

What is collected

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give one, and your message. Nothing else is requested and nothing is bought from third parties.

The form is processed by Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and protected against automated spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser without tracking you across other sites. Your message is delivered to Alla's email by Resend, an email delivery service. Each of these providers records standard technical details such as the time of submission and the internet address the message came from.

How it is used

Your details are used to reply to your enquiry and to continue the conversation you started. If you become a client, they are also used to carry out the work you have asked for. They are not sold, rented, or traded.

Your information may be shared with JohnHart Real Estate as the responsible broker, and with the service providers needed to complete a transaction, for example a title company, escrow, or a lender you have chosen. It may also be disclosed where the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where a transaction follows, for the record retention period California real estate law requires of the broker. After that they are deleted.

Cookies and tracking

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for the font file. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets first-party cookies and sends usage data, including a truncated internet address, to Google. Advertising features, ad personalisation and cross-site tracking are not enabled in Google Analytics. See Google's privacy policy for how Google processes this data.

This site also uses the Meta Pixel, a measurement tool provided by Meta Platforms, on every page. It tells Alla whether a visit or an enquiry followed an advertisement on Facebook or Instagram, so that advertising spend can be judged against results. The Pixel sets cookies and sends Meta technical details of your visit, including the page address, your internet address and your browser, and it records when an enquiry form is submitted or a phone or email link is tapped. It does not send Meta the contents of your message. Meta may match this activity to a Facebook or Instagram account if you have one. See Meta's privacy policy for how Meta processes this data.

You can block the Pixel and the analytics with standard browser tools, tracking protection or an extension, and the site works identically. Your browser's advertising controls and Meta's own ad settings also apply.

Your choices

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is held about them, the right to ask for it to be deleted, the right to correct it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Personal information is not sold. Use of the Meta Pixel described above may be treated as sharing personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and you can stop it at any time using the browser controls described in that section, or by emailing the address below.

To make a request, email alla.novytska.realestate@gmail.com. You will be asked to confirm your identity before a request is acted on.

Text messages and calls

If you give a phone number, it is used to reply to you about your enquiry. You can ask to stop being contacted at any time by replying STOP to a text or by saying so in an email, and the request will be honoured.
